We look forward to working with you and improving the quality of water in your life.
- What are your concerns about your water (color, odor, staining, feel, quantity & quality, other)?
- Are you on City water (including communal well water?) or private well water?
- If you are on City water, where is your property located?
- Knowing the geographic location of your home or business can help us determine the next step in our evaluation by helping us determine the "mix" of waters in your area.
- If you are on well water, we will also ask you where your property is located.
- Certain areas have predictable concentrations of potentially harmful contaminants (particularly nitrate, arsenic and radionuclides).
- If you are on City water, where is your property located?
- Has your well been tested recently and, if so, when?
- Although we can do limited on-site testing, we will recommend a comprehensive water test by an EPA-approved laboratory if your initial test results suggest more information is required or if your existing lab report is more than one year old.
- We can collect a sample, ship it overnight to the lab and interpret the results.
- We will make recommendations for equipment, but only if treatment is actually needed.
