- How will you know the system is working? A sample kit is sent directly to you from SolmeteXTM at intervals based on your water chemistry. Using easy to follow instructions, you simply fill three sample bottles and return them via pre-paid, pre-addressed return label. Since your well water chemistry will fluctuate, SolmeteXTM monitors continued performance by sending a sample kit to you as needed. Using state-of-the-art technology, SolmeteXTM staff chemists will analyze the sample to ensure that your system is working at the optimum level.
- Why does the npXtraŽ system have two columns? It's engineered with 100% back up to provide you extra confidence. When the testing program shows that the first column is exhausted, the second column is still treating your drinking water, providing full protection between testing periods.
- What happens when the first column needs to be changed? Good Water Company will simply replace the column with a preloaded column; no mess, no worries. The spent column is sent back to SolmeteXTM, and they take care of the appropriate disposal. There are no residuals for you to handle.
